How do Prophecies Collectors Game Activation Cards look?
I have one, but NCSoft support tells me my code is a Collector code but my card isn't a collector card. WTF
Can anyone post how theirs looks, on the side where there isn't the code? Mine has a ranger on it. |

There have been cases of Proph CEs containing a normal edition card and key. Is this the issue? BEcause I assume if you had a CE and your key gave you CE benefits, you wouldn't be contating support. So, what exactly did you buy, what does the game say it is, and what do you think it's supposed to be?

Error code 103? Huh, that would be the "already used" code, not the "you already have access" code. I recommend just replying to support, explaining that you bought it sealed and unscratched, with any photographic evidence, receipts etc that you can possibly provide. I have personally had to battle a case where a CE contained a non-CE key, and patience, photographs and being nice and forthcoming with the info helped tons. Good luck. It isn't exactly unheard of for there to be mistakes in the keys.

I made a post on Gaile's talk page now and it seems like she's looking into it. I hope she will be able to shed some light onto this. Last edited by code; Mar 09, 2010 at 10:28 PM // 22:28.. |

Well, you say you bought the CE and support says it's a CE code. This makes me think that someone managed to either:
a.) read the key off the card without scratching it, perhaps by x-raying the card. (This was done to some lottery tickets a few years back.) or b.) managed to re-coat the card with some scratch off stuff. Perhaps using the same equipment used to make scratch-off lottery tickets. followed by: Re-shrink-wrapping the box. Or, maybe not. |

But why would they say that it's not a CE card then?

I don't really understand why it matters that your card (supposedly) isn't a CE card, if the code on it IS. The issue (based on the error code) isn't that it's not a CE code, but that it's already been USED. This is very confusing.
For the record, I had a green card with a female ranger on it, from a CE box, but the code on it was a normal edition code. |

If it's in use I'd guess a keygen could've generated it and someone else used it. I don't know much about Keygens for guild wars though.
